As Chromium 78 has a lot of bugs and vulnerabilities, we plan to skip pushing Chromium 78(4.1.7.182 version).
(You've never been like this before; I hope it's a temporary situation and you don't have a personal problem.)
Below are the scan results of 7 Chromium-based web browsers in VirusTotal, and malicious objects appear to be detected only in Cent Browser:
Cent : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/6c1f.../detection
G. Chrome : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/3b1c.../detection
Slimjet : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2c1c.../detection
Opera : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/faf3.../detection
Yandex : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/4b72.../detection
Comodo Dragon : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7f73.../detection
Vivaldi : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/b26b.../detection
As I mentioned in the first message above, you should immediately contact the 3 antivirus producers in question and explain that the malicious object detection they made in the Cent Browser setup file is "false positives".
