You can just copy the whole "User Data" directory in Google Chrome and overwrite the one in Cent Portable.
The location of "User Data" can be seen in chrome://version
For the image error, firstly try disabling all extensions.
If problem remains, you can check your LAN settings(press WIN+R and run "inetcpl.cpl 4"), or run cmd.exe with Administrator privilege and execute "ipconfig /flushdns", or change your DNS servers in your network settings directly.
