Some of these features can be achieved in Settings page(Alt+S), especially "Tab options" and "Manage shortcut keys".

Still, I'd prefer a button. It flew with a Bang - before I tried a bunch of extensions that are incredibly loaded processor, but your solution is just perfect. I also wrote about shooting delay - it is necessary to have time to put the cursor on the page in the place where you want to shoot the pop-up menu or tooltip.
