每次重启电脑要关的全关了还是每次打开电脑就自动打开游览器我的win10

Please follow this directory 
C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\System Tools

or/and please run:  shell:startup 
to open startup directory



and paste here - "shortcut of the CentBrowser"
C:\Users\...AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup



Cent Browser will be automatically startup with Windows
