GDI rendering completely broken in v3.2.4.23

What kind of issue have you encountered?

On some pages text and page parts become invisible or corrupt when DirectWrite turned off.

Bug reproduction:
Portable CB 3.5.3.50 x64
Windows 7 x64
Classic Theme

1. Disable DirectWrite.
   
2. Close other CB instances.
   
3. Open url: https://subscribe.ru/archive/comp.prog.a...81802.html
   
4. Click 3-5 times on AliExpress link on bookmarks toolbar.
   
5. Switch back on first tab (https://subscribe.ru/archive/comp.prog.a...81802.html) Now text corrupted.
   

If i have CB 3.4.3.39 x64(not portable, DW and HW acceleration disabled) in other window then i cant reproduce this bug.
