Please try disabling all extensions and check it again.

I did and it still look like that.
Every extensions was import from chrome .

It was weird issue.
Please try clearing all browsing data, or start the browser with safemode.bat(under the same directory with chrome.exe)

Reset the browser and the bug is gone

Glad to hear that, sometimes cache corruption may cause this kind of issue.
