If some extensions require higher Chromium version, you can try finding an older version in Crx4Chrome or here for now.

10 months have passed, and there is no new version. When it will be unknown. Most sites are opening, you can still work. I've had the experience of waiting from 2021/01/16 to 2022/12/30 between V4 and v5, you know.
It will be normal operation until about less than 2 years.

For now, replacing chrome.dll in this way increases the Chromium version, though not realistically. However, it allows bypassing 'Your browser is outdated' checks on some websites. This is a temporary solution.

Sadly you can't use catxsp to sign in into chrome
