My opinion is that if a browser is not portable (Brave for example - its developers stubbornly refuse to make a portable version, as is currently GDIChromium), then it is better to rely on Ungoogled Chromium.

GDIChromium is not a competing against CentBrowser, I've open sourced my patches on github and have compiled a ready to use binary, solely for the purpose of having a working GDI implementation. If you need a feature, you can code and compile it by yourself. I would like to affirm that I do this on my free time and I'm not ready to focus on spending more time on free software that I'm not motivated to do.

What is the difference between those two browser? I am tech noob, so it gives no additional features by its nature but just forces cent browser running in the latest build?

i think he kind of told on the post above. is just the latest chromium (not cent) with GDI patch so we can disable DirectWrite, no additional features like we have on Cent

If portability is extremely necessary for you, you can try to pack GDIChromium in a portable version using VMware Thinapp or similar software.

Sure. The text in the fields is slightly higher than on the Cent and the Chrome Dev (96 engine). The same contents of the web page takes little bit more space (although it is most likely normal).
