I want to remind you that scrolling the tabs with the mouse does not work as expected. The situation is exactly the same as after version 4.0.9.112. Then they tried to deny this fact for a long time. Then, too, they repaired for a long time, until they fixed it.
Just try and compare!

Quite right. It is repeated again.

This and the last version of Cent Browser re-added the "#overlay-scrollbars" flag. I really like this option, but the current implementation is bugged where combining this with the option to restore your last session tabs results in the scroll bar permanently disappearing for those tabs.
This is a regression where an earlier version of Chromium/Cent Browser had this bug but was fixed in a later version. Chromium got rid of the flag, but you can still launch it by adding "--enable-features=OverlayScrollbar" inside the shortcut target. Version 4.0.9.112 is the last version where this bug in relaunching it is fixed as later versions restore the flag but also reintroduce the bug of restoring the session getting rid of the scrollbars.

Dan! When can we expect all bugs to be fixed now?
