Is it possible to set the browser in such a way that when I go to any website right click on any link open link in a new tab is the newly opened link to be in the foreground and not as it is now that I have to click on the newly opened tab with this link to see its

Ctrl/Shift/Click any link.
Better yet, program a mouse button for it...

I suggest using Super Drag.
Left click the link and hold the mouse button then drag to left.

Sometimes you can't drag links with mouse. So the only option is right click and open in a new tab.
I suggested this 2 years ago. Still the only solution is use the "Tabs Plus" extension.

Can you provide the URL that can't be dragged?
In most cases, links that can't be dragged can't be clicked as well.
