The poor speed of opening some sites in CB 4.0

I have a problem with the speed of opening some sites. It started in beta 4.0, and unfortunately survived in the final version. I took video of how to open the website https://forum.ru-board.com/forum.cgi?forum=5 for example. In 3.9 and earlier it opens instantly. The settings and extensions are the same.

I think the problem is the speed of processing scripts in 4.0, at least in my system. Win10 1903 x64, i7 965 3600mhz, 1600 dd3 12gb ramm ati 6870.

Loads fine for me as well. Most times, when the page loads decently, but the loading animation keeps spinning, it's trying to load a resource that isn't responding, like an image or a font. Might be an issue with a Russian specific adblock list, or some resource it's trying to load has a bad URL depending on your location or something. Watch in devtools to see which resource is having issues, typically images. If you pinpoint it, you can block it outright, and the page won't hang waiting for a response.

I installed the latest version of Chrome, it has exactly the same slowdown. So it's not a Cent 4.0 problem. Well, I was quite pleased with CB 3.9, I will use it. Maybe in the next version the situation will change.

Have you tried running the browser with safemode.bat(under the same directory of chrome.exe)?

Hi, Dan! Yes, I started the browser in safe mode. There is no problem in it. But in normal mode, no extensions, the problem is present. I reset the settings and did not help either.
