[Suggestion] Add an option to scroll the tabs slowly

Please add ability to make tabs scrolling more slowly.
It can be difficult to navigate among tabs, when one step of the mouse wheel moves them too far away.

Reduce "Minimum tab width(px):" in chrome://settings/cbTabOptions

Thanks, but I find wide tabs most comfortable.
And even when this value is set to minimum (90px), the scrolling is too fast.
One step of the mouse weel moves the tabs for about 3 positions, regardless of their width (and regardless of the system mouse settings, too).
It would be nice, if the user could adjust this distance.

"Three tabs per scroll" is learned from Firefox.
