I observe the same problems.
At you hardware acceleration is included?
The command chrome://gpu issues the same report or another?

Win 10 x64. Old profile - no fonts without DW. New profile - fonts are here (maybe longer testing required). Even with same flags fonts rendered correctly. Sync new profile with Google - no fonts...
With DW all works fine.

Hmmmm... seems like a this flag affecting DW problem: chrome://flags/#enable-oop-rasterization

No. Quick check (https://www.centbrowser.com/forum/showth...6#pid10916) still failed.
Only 2 things help: --no-sandbox flag, and using Win 10 1809 instead Win 7 & previous version of Win 10. Or using old 3.4.3.39.

Pasha_ZZZ correctly answered, this is a known problem because of the flag chrome://flags/#enable-oop-rasterization just turn it off

Nope. It doesn't solve it. No matter this flag is enabled or disabled.

Offtop. Is there any code like [spoiler] on this site? I uploaded images in the post, but it become too long and I couldn't find any way to hide them.

Anyone know what error code 24 is, just curious.

It was just network error, resulted from server overload.
