The install location can be changed in the installer UI, just click "Custom" button to expand it.And if you want to change User Data location, there are two ways:
1.Create an empty file named "CBPortable" in the version directory(e.g. 1.4.0.2) to change User Data location to the same directory of executable(chrome.exe).
2.Create a shortcut for the executable(chrome.exe) and add a command line "--user-data-dir=xxx" to it
