Is it possible to tie file Custom.css to current profile? For example, User Data\Custom.css or as in Chrome v32- ..\User Data\Default\User StyleSheets\Custom.css?

If you use a portable version Cent on a USB flash drive on different computers, this file is constantly lost, as drive letter changes. You must specify a new path in Cent settings.
Using a relative path, in this case, does not help.

Like Cache: default path or custom path.

Don't use full path in "Custom stylesheet", just write "custom.css" in it.
Then the path will be relative to "User Data".
