In this file:
User Data\<UserName>\Network\Cookies
<UserName> can be Default, Profile 1, Profile 2, etc.

Thanks Admini.
I was having a problem with Statcounter which suddenly indicated that Cent wasn't allowing cookies.
To my knowledge I hadn't changed anything in Cent.
I wanted to allow all cookies except third-party cookies.
But when I clicked the block third-party cookies it unset the Allow all cookies setting.
So I am forced to allow all cookies including third-party cookies.
Do you know how to allow all cookies but to block third-party cookies?

That's what my image above is showing.
But if I then click the "Block third-party cookies" then the "Allow all cookies" becomes unticked.
