Bug: Built in downloader used when set to 'Save As'

When you set the download mode to 'Save As', instead of default mode 'Built In',
Downloading pdf files uses Built In mode when it should use 'Save As' as specified in settings.
This has been happening since the last 2 releases of Cent Browser.

The download may be triggered by your extension.
Please disable all extensions and test it again.
