Import passwords from Cent to KeepPassXC

I am trying to export passwords from Cent Browser in the CSV format and import them into KeepassXC. However, upon importing, the passwords are not visible in the auto-fill form and do not function as they should. In the attached screenshot, the entries filled in by me are visible in the auto-fill form, while the entries already in the database are not visible. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix the export so that it works properly in KeepassXC?

 If I remember it right columns are written in the first line https://i.imgur.com/tefZFCA.png on top you need to select these columns in order to import correctly, I have like this https://i.imgur.com/7x4AfPr.png
