Cent window stacking (2 cent browsers)
#1
Hello, please help me with this issue I have. I have installed 2 Cent browsers, one of them is a standard installation and another one is portable. I have pinned both browsers to a taskbar, but whenever I start the second one, it stacks to the left icon no matter what. There is no such behavior with default Chrome browers, only with Cent it happens. How can I fix it? I want 2 different icons on my taskbar.

Here it is in pictures:

Now I run a standard installation: https://i.imgur.com/gWd2FeW.png
Everything seem normal, eh? But when I run a second (portable) installation this happens: https://i.imgur.com/s4nteWG.png
No issues like that in Chrome: https://i.imgur.com/iUw4RuL.png

This is super annoying and I have tried everything, but didn't find a way to fix this.

Hi! Try to add --cb-app-model-id-suffix to startup command line.

It doesn't help at all. Hell, even if I don't pin the second browser to a taskbar, same stuff happens!

Дмитрий Сакович is correct.
You can append this command line to "Other settings"->"Startup command line" in the portable version:
--cb-app-model-id-suffix=portable1

--cb-app-model-id-suffix=portable1 - that one works, thank you!

I have another question: how can I completely disable disk cache?

To disable disk cache, there are two approaches:
1. Always launch the browser in incognito mode, you can append
--incognito
in "Other settings"->"Startup command line"
2. Use RAM disk, and change the Cache directory to RAM disk.
