Did you know that WinXP users can not access your site and forum?
Certificate from cloudflare gives an error - ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.
You have to use Chromium 17 with command line switches
--ignore-certificate-errors.
Maybe you know method (patch, startup command line, etc.) to visit your site on Cent v1.8.9.28 and below?

Yes we know it.
Because Windows XP doesn't recognize ECC certificate, and Chromium uses System Certificate Store(by contrast Firefox uses its own).
This requires Microsoft to release a hotfix, unfortunately there is none.

Windows XP support was ended in April 2014, using this system to browse the web is quite dangerous today

And we did not know... Thank you very much for your information! I ran to buy a new computer with Windows 11.
For you, probably, it is dangerous.
I'm already an adult boy, for me this is the most secure OS.

Glad to hear that.
The weird thing is that the current certificate is still an ECC certificate.

XP + Chrome + IE does not support transport layer security (TLS)
called SNI. This is a free (universal) certificate from Cloudflare.
If you switched to Pro plan, there are
no problems with certificates in XP.
I hope that it was inexpensive
