Unable to play video on dAnime.

Video
I am not an English speaker, so I am using translation software. Sorry if it is hard to convey.

There is a site called dAnime Store where you can pay a monthly fee to watch Japanese anime, but Cent Browser gives me an error and I cannot watch it.

https://animestore.docomo.ne.jp/animestore/tp_pc

When I play the video, a new window opens where the video should play, but in fact I get an error message that says something like “video could not be loaded properly” and I cannot proceed from the dark screen.

This phenomenon has been reported in Japanese forums since about a year ago, so I don't think it is a problem with my environment.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could correct the problem.

I was unable to test because an account is needed, I'm sure everyone else won't be able to help because of that.

Sorry but this website requires Japanese phone number to register.
Have you tried safe mode?
If it has problem under safe mode, this may be related to Chromium version, and you can press F12 to open developer tools and check the console output.
To find the error messages(red cross) like this:

It should be a compatibility issue between the web page and the Chromium version.
Does the latest Google Chrome have this issue?
It may also be an issue of WidevineCDM in Chromium. If this is the case, it is difficult to solve.

Have you stopped on the updates? If so, would you be so kind so share the source code on github for others to slowly continue your work?

It works fine in Google Chrome.
It also works on edge, etc.
