Have never been able to use Cent for my sign in at Verizon.com.  This included the previous version nor the newest that I upgraded to.

After filling in user name and password the screen returns to the login information.  Been using my FireFox that I used before for this web site only.

Hi! Unfortunately I am not a Verizon network user. And I can't check the ability to log on to the site. Try to do this by disabling the installed extensions or even better in safe mode ( start the browser using safemode.bat, located in the browser folder).
