In Google chrome, I drop a crx file to chrome://extensions page, then I can install the extention. But, in CentBrowser, I can't install, only download the crx file.

This is called "easy offline install". It means you can install extensions by dragging and dropping them to any web page, not only the extension manager page.
It is normal that the browser will trigger a download, but the crx should be installed after download complete.Did the installation happened?
