Error 403 - kettle111 - 04-17-2026
This problem started a few days ago. When trying to open sites like https://matrix.fandom.com/wiki/Neo or https://dcextendeduniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Harley_Quinn (or any wiki from the parent site fandom.com), I get an Error 403. It's also worth noting that about a week before the error appeared, Cloudflare verification was added, which wasn't available before.
The error doesn't occur if I try to open them using a VPN.
The error also doesn't occur when using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera), even without a VPN and Cloudflare verification.
I tried disabling all extensions and completely clearing browsing data. It didn't help.
Using portable version of CentBrowser 5.2.1168.83_x64.
Any thoughts?

I couldn't reproduce the Error 403 when accessing Fandom Wiki from here. How does this issue manifest in Safe Mode (Press Alt+F, in the expanded menu select "Help" and then select "Restart in safe mode")?
