The Bookmarks menu does not transfer bookmarks to other folders. Instead of transfer, copying occurs. Not for all bookmarks. In such bookmarks, the star is not painted over. That is, there is no information that the laying is saved.

The bookmark URL you saved previously seems to start with http://, but the one you opened starts with https://, so they are not considered to be the same bookmark.

I finally figured out the reason described above.
The Secure Connection setting DOES NOT WORK in Cent 132. In Cent 118, when the Secure Connection option is disabled, http:\\ is added to the link. When this option is enabled, https:\\ is added. In Cent 132, https:\\ is ALWAYS added to the link. It doesn't matter if the Secure Connection is enabled or not.
