Yes, it is.
He should have only tested on the latest chrome.

Dear Cent, if its hard to adapt Browser to Windows 7,8 please release it for Windows 10 and more systems first and after you finish work on adapting it for Windows 7 release it, but later.

Эксклюзивное преимущество Cent, это нормальная работа с вкладками, а это обычные форки с теми же ограничениями, что у Edge и Chrome.
