Already has this shortcut in chrome://settings/cbManageShortcuts, it is Alt+Shift+O by default.

Also can I ask how do you guys make Cent sync with Google stuffs, I thought Google make sure that is exclusive for Chrome only, other Chromium browsers sync is pretty shit
Just compile with official api keys, or try api keys for Debian:

pinned extensions are in the preference file \User Data\Default\Preferences

Я имел в виду активировать сразу, а не прятаться за кнопкой расширения
I meant to activate immediately and not hide behind the extensions button
