Вроде бы ясно написал, что надо пользоваться диспетчером задач из браузера, а не виндовым. Видно, что открыто, вкладка, расширение. Если активирована "ленивая" загрузка, то будет изначально один процесс первой вкладки. По мере открывания других вкладок будут создаваться другие процессы.

Have you checked the "threshold" option in chrome://settings/cbMouseGesture?

There are processes for dynamically created <iframe>, so even the same web page may have different processes.
As ChromiumIQ said, it is more reasonable to use the browser's task manager(Shift+Esc by default) instead of the Windows task manager to measure browser memory.

works
when you close tab, data is automatically deleted
if you just close browser and then open it, then data remains when tab is restored
most likely it should be so, because there are people who need the data to remain, and there are those who need to delete it, so apparently they made this function that way

Tell me what to do , yandex search engine constantly requires captcha input when switching to another page in chrome and edge there is no such problem where to dig ?

Hi I downloaded the latest version, I enabled in the settings:
"Clear browsing data automatically after closing multilogin tabs"
But continue to save the multilogin tabs in the history, they are no longer incognito access as they were a long time ago.

Please try clearing all cache and cookies.
