Hi; I can look CentBrowser not load the videos in the website Viki Rakuten (viki.com)
I am testing some browsers and only Chrome, Coc Coc browser and Vivaldi browser load the videos (the free section).

Please try disabling all your extensions.
And try updating "Widevine Content Decryption Module" in chrome://components/

The udpate button for "Widevine Content Decryption Module" NOT working, show "has not been updated".

You can try deleting this directory "User Data\WidevineCdm".
And then check update for "Widevine Content Decryption Module".
