I cannot find in the settings to disable this feature. This panel is very annoying

Bookmarks, at the very bottom the operation of the bookmarks bar automatically hide

Thanks to @warmiak38.
Open "chrome://settings/cbBookmarks" in the browser, there is an option named "Set bookmarks bar state".
