Suggestion - Add an offline tab in incognito mode - t23111 - 04-15-2020
I can't open an offline tab in incognito mode.
This is often required when the window is open in incognito mode.
Please add this feature in the window in incognito mode!!!

They are incompatible things.
Incognito mode doesn't allow caching but offline tab needs cache.
