Unload a multilogin tab - ARRA - 04-15-2019

If you unload a multilogin tab then the browser will crash

1. OS - win10 1809, Cent - Version 3.9.2.45 (Official Build) (64-bit) (portable) (Chromium 72.0.3626.121)
2. Just opening multilogin tab and pressing ScrollButton (hotkey for unload tab) and have crashing

It always works in different ways. Sometimes as in the video, sometimes simply due to upload
