Please try Alt+Shift+O, it can be customized in chrome://settings/cbManageShortcuts

I was looking for a mouse entry, I'm not so much fan of keyboard shortcuts

There is "Open the current URL in multilogin tab" in mouse gesture actions.

Alt+Shift+O doesn't always work, sometimes it uses the original login/cookie (from the no-multilogin tab),
I have encountered this issue twice, there should be a bug

Maybe it is not Cookie thing.
Some websites use other mechanism to store their information.
