[Bug] Translation never works. - GrayFace - 12-18-2018
The icon in the URL bar offering to translate foreign language pages always fails with the message "This page could not be translated".
Most recently tried it on this page: http://www.spiegel.de/politik/ausland/tod-von-anna-politkowskaja-mord-an-putins-geburtstag-kein-zufall-a-441918.html

Have you tried Google Translate extension?

The translate feature in Chromium was not stable sometimes.
And you may try changing your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
