Ctrl+Shift+Q shows "Press Alf+F, X" text instead of exiting the browser.

Seems they are intended to remove Ctrl+Shift+Q:

You can use Alt+F4 instead.

I do that by opening a new tab and clicking chrome://restart bookmark I have there, but pressing Ctrl+Shift+Q and opening the browser again is sometimes quicker.
