Any emoji are not displayed. Directwrite is off. What's the problem?

What button? Autoopened file types opens automatilcally (without any buttons).
And browser may know about "need anymore": ShellExecuteEx returns in SHELLEXECUTEINFO structure hProcess handle, and browser can WaitForSingleObject in separate thread.

Have you tried running the browser with safemode.bat(under the same directory of chrome.exe)
Maybe your AdBlocker blocked something mistakenly.

Yes, that feature has no button.
So the alternative way is clicking the button "Save&Open" in the download dialog currently.

Yeah, as confirmed already, the latest version of base chrome at the time of newest cent browser release will be used. No need to keep saying a new version is out
