Remove or fix White Flashing screen when opening the browser - desperand - 08-27-2018
Long story short: when you open browser whole window while opened for around 0.5-1 second display whole white light, which is flashing, and can provoke (already do) eyes strain.
Please fix the problem.
Vivaldi browser, for example, did something to display grey instead of flashing white while opening their browser.
HW acceleration does not really affect the issue. Can be enabled/disabled and the issue will happen too.
So, what need to do?
1. Add extra an image or replace white color when opening a browser window to something more eyes friendly, for example, grey (modern bootstrap grey), or allow users to configure that part.

Thanks for your suggestion.
We also consider it as not friendly.
We may change to gray color, or up this issue to Chromium team.
