White flash display after lauching browser - desperand - 08-17-2018
Long problem short: when your launch browser, you see a white flashing screen for some time. The flashlight is made problem to eyes and pain in eyes after some time when you need to close/open centbrowser window again and again. In the Vivaldi browser, the issue is solved by replacing the white screen when loading to some logo with neutral grey color. Can you please do the same?

Do you mean it may get resolved by a theme?
I'm using this theme Material Incognito Dark Theme install it, and let us know if that bright white window just got replaced with a dark one. If yes, then the next step is to investigate why you're getting that long delay when you launch Cent.

Please try clearing all your browsing data, or install a theme as wrote above.
Also you can try running the browser with safemode.bat(under the same directory of chrome.exe)
