Mouse middle button not working properly - Jimbo Slip - 04-09-2018
Another thing that has gone all wobbly and unresponsive in the last version of Cent browser is the mouse middle-button. While attempting to scroll down gently, the page goes up and down uncontrollably. It doesn't happen in all pages, but it happens in many. I've cross-checked with Firefox, Chrome and Edge, and this doesn't happen there.

Try disable
chrome://flags/#enable-wheel-scroll-latching

have you enabled "Middle click to paste" feature?
