They were added in version 3.9.2.33
"Toggle mute by clicking audio indicator button" means whether the audio indicator is clickable, it will not react to mouse click if you disable this option.

In release 4.0.9.112 non-translated item: after downloads end, a baloon message "Downloads completed" (in English) instead of Russian "Загрузки завершены".
