I turned it off/on in both Cent and Chrome, no change. Safe mode in Cent feels like it makes the mouse more responsive, but I can't use it all the time(. I'd like to understand the reason for the change in mouse feel, how the mouse feels so light in regular Chrome, but in Cent it feels heavier.
