включи флаг chrome://flags/#encrypted-client-hello и тут chrome://settings/security безопасный DNS

Никак не связано с центом. Эти сайты проявились задолго до, какие могут быть тормоза, тем более у этого трекера, который похоже не обновлялся уже лет 15. У цента прошлогодний движок, а не десятилетней давности. Для интереса запустил в 12 опере, даже там работает.  Biggrin

При установке фона Cent "Загрузить изображение" сильно растягивает указанную картинку.

Are you familiar with CSS syntax?
You may need to use custom.css to change "background-size" of "#cb-ntp-background" from "cover" to "contain".
