Can we add chrome://tab-search.top-chrome inside the side panel right before "Reading list"? I think it can't be done with extensions. There's an api sidePanel.open method and the extensions-on-chrome-urls flag, but i think the internal chrome url can't be accessed that way. Just tried to patch dll and replace read-later.top-chrome with tab-search.top-chrome (as it perfectly matches the length), but it didn't work.
