The current Beta has major print problems if Directwrite is disabled, so avoid it. But yes, it's good that the beta is out so then bugs can be identified. By the way though, probably want the next stable release of Cent Browser to be having the Chrome version 70 base instead of just staying at the older 69 version base. But good luck Cent Browser, keep up the hard work in releasing stable Cent browser RE: Cent Browser 3.5.3.50(for Windows) Released - AHMD - 10-19-2018 (10-19-2018, 09:20 PM)HOW TO OPEN PHOTOS OF PINTEREST IN YAHOO MESSAGES Wrote: RE: Cent Browser 3.5.3.50(for Windows) Released - jerryh - 10-20-2018 (10-18-2018, 03:49 PM)AnakhaSilver Wrote: Then why are Vivladi, Kinza and other volunteer-created browsers not having the same problems of perpetually broken updates, inability to patch and bug fix in a timely manner, inability to not make promises they can't keep with 0 transparency? Again: I think the only reason Cent even has much of a userbase is the "disable DirectWrite" feature, which is the only reason I'm here. The "Disable DirectWrite" feature is the only reason any of us are here. What an obliviously hyperbolic statement. I couldn't care less about that feature, but Cent has a bunch of other cool features I like. Sure, judging by user feedback, it's a big reason a lot of people use Cent, but not "the only reason any of us are here". Either speak for yourself, or at least phrase it so you don't presume to speak for everyone. So not all of us uses Cent only for that. Sorry RE: Cent Browser 3.5.3.50(for Windows) Released - AnakhaSilver - 10-20-2018 (10-20-2018, 03:05 PM)user_99 Wrote: Not really a feature I need. So, you're putting up with zero release schedule, no reliability, etc... Why? So stop bad mouthing the developer, who should release the new build privately to everyone, but YOU. Ungrateful children. Well, i'm pretty sure the developers are taking time out of their own lives to work on this browser. It's not an easy task so just appreciate that it's even here and being actively worked on. Otherwise like said already, use another browser if this one's not to your liking. RE: Cent Browser 3.5.3.50(for Windows) Released - Mioni - 10-21-2018 Will you keep the old chrome design? I hate this new design. RE: Cent Browser 3.5.3.50(for Windows) Released - 000099 - 10-21-2018 hello. first of all, i must say this chrome implementation is the best. very much appreciated for the hq and consistently updating product the original chromium engine aggressively offers us a feature to perform web searches via address bar and there is no obvious way to disable it and today i feel really assertive towards its elimination that i even registered here with application to the developers of my favorite browser to finally introduce this feature in the future update is that possible? |
