We will enable this flag(chrome://flags/#enable-extension-action-redesign) by default in next version.
You guys please change this flag manually for now, it is more convenient than that extension overflow button.

(I never understood why this feature was disabled in chromium and what is bad by enabling this flag?)

Some extensions such as "IP Whois & Flags Chrome & Websites Rating", they can't put their image in the end of location bar if this feature is enabled.
