Question How to get extension buttons back?
Posted by: Mand - 01-08-2019, 11:01 AM - Forum: Tips & Tricks - Replies (3)

For a couple of extensions, I removed the toolbar icon - by right-clicking and choosing "Hide in Cent Browser menu". Now I can't see how to set it to show again. It isn't in the extension options.

I have tried restarting the browser, and disabling/enabling the individual extension. What now?

I'm brand new to Cent after researching as many browsers as I could (on my repaired, as-virgin laptop). Loving it so far. Why has no one heard of it?!

Show bookmarks menu on mouse hover unstable
Posted by: dima6526 - 01-07-2019, 02:20 PM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (2)

Showning bookmarks menu on the side of the screen on mouse hover has 2 problems: 1. when the mouse touches the edge and is not moved immediately, the menu wil just disappear, so you have to move it to the edge and right back a little bit. 2. (and more serious) it is not possible to use right click menu on the items because the whole menu will crash straight away.

[Bug] New tabs started to open at the end of tabs list
Posted by: GrayFace - 01-05-2019, 12:06 PM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (1)

I have "New tab position" set to "Next to current tab", but about a month ago new tabs started to open at the end of tabs list. This doesn't include middle-clicked links, but includes URLs from command line and, most importantly, tabs opened by extensions - Greasemonkey scripts, bookmarks (opened by Neater Bookmarks) etc.

Address Bar Focused After Opening Page on Local Disk
Posted by: WilliamWininger - 01-04-2019, 05:18 AM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (2)

Situation:

I have Cent 3.7.2.33 open with a single new tab. Another application calls the chrome.exe with the path of an .html file as argument. The page loads fine, but the focus is on the address bar.

Question:

How to make the focus default to the body of the page, so one can scroll easily with the keyboard? I know I can press F6 to change focus, but getting ride of this step would be nice.

IDM context menu item, New tab page
Posted by: Gamerxtwokira - 01-03-2019, 04:21 AM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (3)

Why there is "download all links with IDM' context menu item only with cent browser , I can't see it on chrome

I can delete it from the registry but my IDM doesn't work after that , is there another way?
maybe you can delete in future updates?

Will 71 keep the mute tabs flag?
Posted by: Jasper - 01-02-2019, 02:24 PM - Forum: General Discuss - Replies (2)

This and the UI is why I switched from Chrome. Will they be keeping the "mute by clicking speaker icon" feature?

I'm a new user to cent browser and I wonder if there is any way to remove bookmark this page from click-right menu.

Feature Request: Improve security features in CentBrowser (ESNI, TLS 1.3 etc)
Posted by: Dhrystone - 01-02-2019, 12:52 AM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (6)

Please see Cloudflare's browser security test page here: https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/

Firefox now supports Encrypted SNI (ESNI) and DNS over TLS and passes all four test on the above page. CentBrowser does not pass three of the four security tests on the above page. At least the version I'm using - 3.4.3.39 - doesn't. I'm forced to use that version still until the disabled-DirectWrite bugs in the more recent versions are fixed.

Please incorporate security features into Cent such as ESNI, DNS over TLS, TLS 1.3 support etc to improve the browser's security and protect browsing privacy.

Cheers
Dhry

Closing the last tab with a middle-click won't close the browser
Posted by: BigBootyLover - 12-26-2018, 06:50 PM - Forum: Tips & Tricks - Replies (3)

Back when I used Chrome, I was able to close the browser by clicking the middle button on my mouse on the last tab (1 tab total). With Cent browser it opens a new window with an empty tab and then if I click the button again THEN it will close the browser. So I have to click two times instead of one time. Is it some setting I overlooked or is it a bug?

a good addition to CB features
Posted by: nguyenthaonhi - 12-26-2018, 04:18 AM - Forum: Bugs & Suggestions - Replies (4)

I think this would be a good addition to CB features. I don't like using too many extentions so would be awesome to see this implemented [Image: smile.png]

In this extention you just hold down "z" and hover over all the links you want to open. When you release it opens all the tabs  Smile))
