It doesn't work on my pc

Hey guys, hopefully someone can help my with this.
Can't remember how many versions back of CB, start to notice drop frames on youtube. the problem fix by disabling HW acceleration. two month ago i upgrade my pc (MB, CPU, fresh install) and this problem was still present. I install chrome, same problem, and also in safe mode.

In this last version of CB i also notice occasional tearing with HW acceleration disable.

What is your opinion about the ad blocker built into the browser would work in Cent Browser

I can't open an offline tab in incognito mode.
This is often required when the window is open in incognito mode.

Please add this feature in the window in incognito mode!!!

Здравствуйте. Надоедает заморозка вкладок. Видео сбиваются, текст теряется.
Искал в chrome://flags/ , но по "Freeze" ничего не находит. Находил еще что-то вроде приоритетов или настроек для вкладок, но похоже ничего не применилось.
Возможно отключить это?
