使用浏览器自动下载把下载内容转到迅雷, 在第一个下载框未处理时转第二个文件浏览器会出现卡死, 退出迅雷后恢复

但试过在同一台机器上其他Chrome系浏览器的类似功能不会有同样的问题

平滑滚动：上次咨询过，貌似有BUG，有时候平滑滚动会失效，开启了chrome隐藏设置里的平滑滚动，效果也不太好。不知道能否优先处理这个BUG？
鼠标手势：鼠标移动的痕迹，经常会出现一条莫名的直线，直线的终点刚好是鼠标右键按下的起点，不知道是不是BUG？

设置成默浏览器后，好多程序打开网页链接是会提示没有关联，或者explore没有注册类的错误，恢复ie为默认程序就没问题，请开发组测试下
