Dear "warmiak38",

It is necessary to prevent the site from running "javascript" to prevent page refresh. For this:

Either click "Allowed (recommended)"  button via "⋮ > Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > JavaScript" to disable it (you can also block individual sites via "Block > Add"  right below);

Or use an extension (I recommend). You can use, for example, the javascript disabling feature of an advanced anti-ad extension called "uBlock Origin". It is as follows:

- While on the page that is constantly refreshing, click the "uBlock Origin" icon at the top right and press the button "</>" to the right of the popup! The red cross will begin to appear on the button.

- If you want this disabling to be permanent for the site in question, press the button with the lock-shaped icon at the top!
