This can't be done now.
You may try installing a new tab extension, for example: Speed Dial 2, etc.

There is a problem with displaying emojis when the flag "Directwrite" is disabled. Version 4.2.10.171
Try changing "chrome://flags/#font-src-local-matching" to "Disabled".

With the newest release, the File Upload Dialog is displayed with blurry fonts. :-(

In version 4.2.10.171 found that there is no adobe flash player plugin. For several years I have been using Centbrowser and installing it to customers - in previous versions it was not necessary to install a separate adobe flash player into the system - it was enough just to include it in the browser. I didn't find anything about it in "Stories of Changes"... Or is it a feature of the latest version of Chromium?

Chromium has never had a built-in flash player.

You can put "manifest.json" and "pepflashplayer.dll" into "User Data\PepperFlash" directory.
System Flash plugin can upgrade itself in time.
